Why are you applying for an Internal Security Inspector?
I'm applying for an ISD Inspector position because I have found a growing love and fondness for the Department; I have had fun with the many characters within ISD, the amazing and funny roleplay I've had through it, and a desire to be an influence and possible role model for this amazing group.
What makes you suitable for an Internal Security Inspector? I believe my experience across many different types of jobs, departments, and regiments helps me collaborate, understand, and work with unique and distinct individuals, groups, and departments. I also believe I have made myself distinct from my peers and have worked for ISD with a true love for it.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?
I personally see the ideal Inspector as someone who doesn't let childish little things get in the way of fair treatment of the FLC. Someone who does things fast, efficiently, and right. Someone who you don't dread having to "deal" with, but someone who you're excited to work with instead.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have only written about 3 major documents pertaining to roleplay, but I have written countless minor ones, which I feel are often undervalued by the community. I think the two most important aspects of a document that make it an excellent one are accuracy and concision, and the delicate balance between the two.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
ISD Inspectors mainly serve as junior CL4s and help bridge the Chain of Command between the higher-ups of ISD and the CL3s. They also help keep other department CL4s in check and enforce where the Agents and Inspectors can't. They also serve as a role model for CL3 ISD and help them with any questions or situations they feel unconfident in.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
For this I bring up what I said previously about what makes me situable as an ISD Inspector, but on top of that I would like to add a willingness to recognize when I've messed up, I realize that i'm not a perfect person and can say that I have messed up, and will mess up, but when I do, I will learned what I did wrong, and try to correct it.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Artie Dolittle has now returned to the site after a very, very long vacation. Of course, under a sudo name now, as he didn't feel Lexi quite suited him anymore.
