Content Suggestion artillery for 11th and 17th

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Consider changeing the under used Marder and K16 to create a rocket-propelled artillery, akin to the KV Technical S8 rocket, but with medium speed and offensive power comparable to the Marder or K16. Additionally, implement options to switch to Anti-Tank (AT) and anti infantry missiles, with the AT missiles featuring a short range, for instance, from a village to an airfield.]

will expand on stratergies and turn the under used almost useless k16 and marder into a asset
