PAC Requesting Approval

Name of PAC3 Character : ARCRA AST-0001-P (Anomalous Retrieval, Containment, and Research Agency Assultron Prototype)
So, before you comment on the coloration, regardless if this gets approved or denied I intend to make another PAC3 request with the same model a bit later. I am not the most skilled with PAC3 so I am unable to drastically change the materials and colors on the model, but if I can commission someone to do that for me to make it look more Omega-1 I will and then make another PAC3 request. :)

I decided to go ahead and make this now cause I really do want to use this PAC3, regardless if I have intentions of improving it later on. I haven't really had a proper character with lore and all that before so I wanted to give it a shot. I figured I might as well give it a shot right now since something like Master Chief but blue can be accept for a GSD CPT PAC3, so I don't think my request is that far fetched.
Addendum 4994-Y

The following log takes place during a exploration into SCP-4994-1, the team was sent that to investigate the advanced technology and machinery in SCP-4994-1 that automates much of the life of the citizens there along with evaluating the containment procedures contained by SCP-4994-1's anomalies contained by ARCRA, the Foundation equivalent in SCP-4994-1.
Provisional Site █ Team

- 8 Highly skilled members of Mobile Task Force Sigma-3 "Bibliographers"
- 6 Mk IV Infiltration Uniforms (Grey Suits) acquired from the UNGOC via non-described means.

Location: SCP-4994-1 Entry Point Chamber
Date and Time : ████/██/██, 0200 hours

<Begin Log>

< CSG "Burner", SGT "Mozzie", CPT "Scourge", LT "Space", SGT "Intel", and CSG "Blackout" all enter the chamber in Mk IV Infiltration Uniforms, LCPL "Cook" and CPL "Hans" stays behind outside of the lake, ready to extract the others if something goes wrong. >

Scourge : This is CPT "Scourge" to command, we have entered into SCP-4994 without issue. We have just swam past the connection point and are currently in SCP-4994-1. We are currently leaving the established embassy, no high level security that we couldn't get past was present, undetected so far.

Command : That's good to hear. Proceed to █°█'█"N, █°█'█"W. There should be a manufacturing plant located at or around that point. Remember, don't leave any trace that you were there, this mission is purely to gather information on some of the advanced technologies held by the "Union State".

Space : Copy that, moving to those cords.

<Miscellaneous conversation expunged>
< 0256 hours >

Burner : Scourge, is that the plant we are here for?

Scourge : Command, you still on the line? We believe we have reached the described manufacturing plant.

Command : That is it, at least to our knowledge, please proceed with precaution. We just want to know the contents of what it has been manufacturing. We have confirmed this manufacturing plant to be one of the ones manufacturing technology for the containment of SCPs in their alternate universe.

Scourge : Copy that.

Blackout : Finding an entrance to the building now, there appears to be a window on the west side of the building.

< Intel and Blackout approach the window and proceed to use a laser glass cutting device on the window. The pane pops out smoothly and Blackout places it on the ground next to the window. >

Intel : Clear!

< Scourge, Intel , Mozzie, and Burner all proceed to enter the building through the gap. The lights are out and no living subjects appear to be present in the facility. Space and Blackout waited outside the breach to be on the lookout. >

< The inside of the manufacturing plant somewhat resembles a common factory, but the assembly lines used look significantly more advanced, still working even now. The machines all produce a low hum as they continue assemble whatever it is they are working on. >

Scourge : Alright Intel, your with me, we are going to be checking out near the start of the assembly line, I want those machines it's assembling popped open and pictures taken, along with chips of the material packaged for analysis back home. Mozzie and Burner, go see what it is assembling, see if its sizeable enough to take one home.

Intel : Copy that, on you.

Mozzie : Moving to the end of the assembly line, keep a lookout for security, remember, we are not to be seen.

< Scourge and Intel reach the beginning of the of the assembly line and snatch a piece of machinery from the conveyer belt that is moving towards the assembly line. >

Intel : Uhh, I don't know what it is boss. Looks like a arm, you want me to crack it open?

Scourge : Proceed.

Intel : Looks like a whole lot of complex circuitry in here boss, I don't understand it for the life of me. Taking samples of it now.

Scourge : Ok, good work, once the rest of the team gets what we are looking for, we will be on our way.

< Mozzie and Burner both are at the end of the assembly line, where a neat row of humanoid looking robots is seen. >

Mozzie : Scourge, we got sighting on what it's producing, it looks like some humanoid robots, they got claws for hands, but besides that, look pretty human shaped.

Scourge : Possible to lift one? See if you can get Burner to carry it.

< Burner tries to hoist up the robot and manages to slide it onto his shoulder. >

Burner : < Heavy breathing > Got it boss, but it is rather heavy, may need a break on the way back carrying this thing.

Scourge : Alright, that's what we came here for, lets move.

< The four man team proceeds to exit through the window where space puts the glass pane back in place and reseals it. >

Space : Entry point covered, moving back towards embassy. Follow the route we first traveled, we can't afford to be near a major population center while carrying this thing.

< 0332 hours >

< The team proceeds on foot uninterrupted on their way back to the embassy through heavily wooded terrain. The Mk IV's Infiltration Suit doesn't extend protection to the robot, so it can be seen being carried. >

< 0413 hours >

< The team reaches the outskirts of the embassy which is a relatively remote area. >

Scourge : Alright, we aren't going to be able to get past these security cameras outside the embassy or the security patrols with this robot on us.

Burner : < Heavy breathing can be heard > What do you want me to do with it then boss, can't exactly leave it here.

Scouge : Hmm, the only thing I can think of is we leave 1 guy here without his Grey Suit and then come back for him once we have the robot through.

Space : That sounds so ... incredibly stupid, but I'm not sure what other options we have right now.

< Space proceeds to take off their Gray Suit, and scurries behind a tree in the tree-line around the embassy, hiding out of sight in the shadows. >

Space : Ok, I'm good. Put the suit on the robot and don't forget about me.

< Scourge chuckles >

< Burner sets down the robot and Mozzie and Intel both work the Gray Suit onto it. >

Burner : Well it barely fits but it still works. Here goes nothing.

< The team proceeds towards the embassy and slips in the same entrance they left from. They manage to enter into SCP-4994, equip their rebreathers, and proceed to swim towards the point where the two dimensions merge, undetected >

Scourge : This is MTF Simga-3 "Bibliographers." We are re emerging from SCP-4994, heads up.

< The 6 man team re-emerge from SCP-4994 and going onto the shore surrounding the lake. Cook and Hans both greet the team and retrieve the samples and robot from the team. >

Command : We read, do you have what we were looking for?

Scourge : Yes, we have one of the automated security technologies that the Union States uses at their containment facilities.

Command : Copy.

Scourge : But we have to go back in for one moment, we left Space in there.

Command : I'm sorry, repeat that last sentence.

Scourge : We had to leave them behind so we could sneak the mech past embassy security. Me and Mozzie are going back in for them now.

Command : Copy, but don't risk being detected, we can't afford to be caught.

< Scourge and Mozzie re-enter SCP-4994 and re-emerge on the opposite side in SCP-4994-1. With them they carry an extra Grey Suit for LT "Space." >

Scourge : We have emerged from the late and are currently on our way out to Spaces last loc.

Command : Copy.

Space : I've moved about 8 meters west from my last location, there was a group of people, looking to be normal citizens walking around just outside the proximity of the embassy and tree-line surrounding it. I'm ready for exfil when you can get to me.

Scourge : Copy, we are en-route.

< Scourge and Mozzie arrive at Spaces location, hand Space the Grey Suit, and extract successfully. >

< End Log >

< After a successful exfiltration from the mission, nothing was suspected during the O5 Council's next visit to SCP-4994-1. Researchers managed to tear apart the robot and analyze it's innerworkings. Foundation researchers managed to piece together an improved blueprint of the robot, bootlegging some things that they didn't understand but in the end managed to formulate a somewhat working model. The only thing they were unable to replicate was the power source for the head mounted laser on the unit, which when analyzed can produce up to █████ kJ of energy upon usage, able to melt through solid steel in less then a second. >
