Why I wanna be a part of the Executive researchers. I wish to help out more of our lower-tiered scientists, while being able to experience new tests, SCPs, and be a more active Executive for approving Jr's credits and sign off papers as soon as possible. I also wish to increase the creativity within RSD tests and help elongate RSD activity and growth within the foundation. I also wish to bring a more expressive type into the RSD higher-ups to encourage researchers to show each other their tests, obviously, within their clearance.
What makes me suitable for the position? What makes me suitable for such a position is the willingness and caring I have for RSD. I have helped and mentored some of the RSD personnel. I'm always open-minded and willing to listen and help with any RSD affairs and questions people within RSD and outside of RSD ask. I am extremely receptive to criticism and always strive to better myself and help our Jr's and researchers thrive within RSD. I will be honest, I am not the best with leadership, but I strive to become better than yesterday and better tomorrow.
How many excellent graded documents were made? I have none, but I always try to strive to get to such a point. I have 2 docs not completed but within the works that I hope to become my first within the excellent graded category.
What are the responsibilities of an executive researcher? The needed responsibilities are to oversee the research department, where the directors can't, within the lower ranks of RSD, which are usually where most researchers need help. Executives are there to guide and ensure the newer and even older members are keeping up with their duties and ensuring that Jr's aren't ignored or neglected. Executives are also expected to sign off on documents within their clearance level.
My Executive characters' lore.
A young Jr. researcher who aspires to better the foundation with unorthodox and creative ways. Ashen always enjoys a good laugh and enjoys conversation about how to better the foundation within all of RSD's tests. They got into the foundation for their love of science within their old biology job, and always looking for every behavioral characteristic of animals and people alike. They have a strange fascination with SCP-939 due to how similar they act to the common wolves within nature, and wish to ensure that they can hopefully be seen in the same light.
