What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
I have extensive leadership experience within the server from being in a senior position for an extended period of time. I have taken part in multiple combat situations which have turned in our favour and have developed many tactics to be able to deal with situations when outnumbered. I also believe i can add a decent amount of RP to the GOC through the creation of RP scenarios and implementing new ideas.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
Out of all the GOIs present in the server, I believe that the GOC is the most interesting when it comes to RP scenarios. I also like the whole aesthetic provided by the GOC of being a military unit with the mission to protect humanity.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The GOC was founded after WW2 and was once known as the allied occult initiative. They wanted more insight into the anomalous and were founded. Overtime they became one of the major factions and they are there to protect humanity by trying to eliminate the anomalous from the world.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
The PHYSICS division is the military detachment of the GOC. They are involved in, observing, investigating, capturing and eliminating anomalies.
The PSYCHE division is the diplomacy side of the GOC, they manage the relations with the other organizations within the SCP universe.
The PTOLEMY division is the support side of the GOC, this division consists of scientists and researchers who develop new equipment. They are also responsible for the logistics of the organisation.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The goals of the GOC is also referred to the fivefold mission
Survival
Concealment
Protect
Destruction
Education
Survival: The protection of the human race against all anomalous threats, survival is the top objective and takes priority over the other four.
Concealment: The knowledge off all paranormal threats must be kept a secret. If knowledge of the threats was to be discovered this could lead to unforeseen consequences.
Protect: The GOC aims to protect individual people as long as it doesnt go against concealment or survival.
Destruction: The GOC cannot risk the survival of any anomalous threats.
Education: The lowest priority objective, this objective means that the GOC should always be expanding their knowledge on paranormal threats.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The nazis tried to develop a super weapon as well as gather anomalous entities in order to become more powerful. They were going to do a ritual which was known as the rite of solomon however they were stopped by the allied occult initiative which was what the GOC was previously known as.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The GOC is different in my eyes since they seek to destroy all anomalies by any means necessary. This is completely different to the rest of the factions who either try to weaponize, contain or live alongside them. They are also different from a military perspective as well since they are the main military force.
