What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I beleive i can change the game when it comes to assistant, i will bring a solid attitude and a new way of looking at things to the table, i will be extremely responsible and mature, my daily time on the server is 2+ hours so i am constantly active, i am liked by most and i think that making me assistant will be the best idea you ever make.
Me being a MTF-E11 SPC gives me experience of a CL3 position as i am still climbing the ranks of E11 as well, although i havent experience the CL4 position yet, i believe making that first step forwards is what i need to become the right person, suitable of say an E-11 LT or CSG. I am well respected by my piers on E-11 and they would highly recommend me for this position as i have given speeches, i have gathered previous in game information that helped E-11 alot as well as leading E-11 in a recent training.
Becoming an ECA is a goal for me as i belive it will open so many doors for my SCP-RP experience and would really allow me to explore my boundaries, if i did achieve this position i wouldn't only change my gameplay and my perspectives, i would also change the perspectives of others around me and really indulge them into the wonders of leadership, i belive i could change the community for the better and i think i am already doing this in E-11 and i think ECA will be the next big step up for me.
Changing the views of my piers is a goal of mine as i believe to truly enjoy the experience of SCP-RP you need to indulge into what it is really like and feel the RP around you and i would make this difference, i would make the difference between people thinking of messing around and not having fun due to lack of rp into a truly worthy situation that would guarantee the players immersion into the game and the roleplay going on around them
I believe in character building alot and i know that if i obtain this position, i wouldnt only be building on my wn character but also the people around me's characters as well and of course it would be for the better as that is the only way. My experience within E-11 has allowed me to really feel like i belong in this server, i really feel like a make a difference when it comes to my responsibility and i feel like me becoming and ECA will only push this limit further and that is the reason i am worthy of the position of ECA.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Ethics Committee Assistants, or ECAs, have some important jobs in the SCP Foundation, a pretend world where we deal with mysterious and anomalous things. One big responsibility is making suggestions to change rules and making sure everyone in the Foundation follows the Legal Codex (FLC). The FLC is like a set of rules that keeps everything ethical, making sure we don't mess up with the weird stuff we're studying. If we don't follow these rules, the whole Foundation could be in trouble, and that's a big deal.
Another job for ECAs is to listen to and follow orders from the Ethics Committee members. The Committee has a lot to do in different SCP Foundation Sites, and without ECAs, it would be too much work for them. ECAs can move around more freely than the Committee members, making it easier for them to get things done. They also keep an eye on research activities, making sure tests are done right and everyone is following the rules. If someone with high clearance breaks the rules, it's the ECA's job to gather information and tell the Committee so they can decide what punishment is needed.
ECAs also check if different departments in the Foundation are doing things the right way, following the Legal Codex. They make sure Class-D personnel, even though they might have done bad things, are treated fairly. And if there's a big emergency, ECAs have to make important decisions, like whether to use special weapons or terminate Class-D personnel. They also help with communication between different departments and the Ethics Committee, making sure everyone talks to each other in the right way. So, being an ECA is not just about rules; it's about making sure everyone does their job and follows the rules in our pretend SCP Foundation world.
If the duties of an ECA arent carried out, the roleplay experience would be completely false as they play a main part in keeping the facility together as if they didnt do regular checks on research personel, tests would be unethical and unsafe which would go against the rules of RP and would violate the experience for people, this also goes for their other duties.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Growing up in a regular town, Tom Mercer was always curious about the world. His family loved learning, and Tom was no different – always asking questions and wanting to understand things better. As a teenager, he got into studying people and society, especially in psychology and sociology classes. But what really changed everything was a weird thing that happened one day, something he couldn't explain. It got Tom super interested in mysterious stuff, like anomalies.
Once Tom went to college, his mix of curiosity and interest in strange things led him to the SCP Foundation. Here, he's all about figuring out the unknown and making sure everyone follows the rules. Tom's journey in the Foundation is like a cool story, with him facing mysterious creatures, dealing with ethical questions, and always trying to balance science with doing the right thing. It's a bit like a personal adventure, where Tom keeps growing and learning in the world of the SCP Foundation.
Tom was also interested in the makes of the MTF-E11 team and began to ponder their duties and instantly fell in love, he entered E-11 and instantly began climbing the ranks and within a week made it to Lance- Corporal with the intentions of continuing to climb the ladder until he reached Seargent aqs this was his passion and believed this was all he needed to do, this was his calling
