What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
-The reason i believe i am a considerable candidate is my consistent enforcement of the CoE and CoC when i am on site, I Handle my roles with upmost professionalism and respect towards others, I Have Consistently held lectures related to both the CoE and CoC what they are and how to abide by them, with my largest lecture containing 20+ people, i stride to allow people to acknowledge the CoE and CoC to make the site to its highest amount of respect, positivity whilst still providing a professional working environment, as an executive researcher i am always quick to correct CoC standards or CoE breaches to help provide more to the research department as i can, i am easily approachable and a friendly face to speak with
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
- Ethics Committee Assistants carry out tasks handed out by members of the ethics committee or the director them self, ensure the Code Of Ethics and Code Of Conduct are being followed site-wide, Assistants are open to work with MTF Regiment Omega-1 as a form of inter communication from Ethics<->O-1, Assistants respond to severe breaches of the CoE or in some cases CoC by communicating with IA, Assist members, respond personally and speak to any site staff including D-Class who wish to speak to a form of ethics.
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Bailey M:
I have served this foundation to my true potential, i have provided the work and effort, but most importantly i have ensured the following of the CoE and CoC within the research department, its been a long journey, despite this i have always enforced the CoE and CoC even whilst being a unexperienced Jr Researcher trying to encourage ethical testing and respect between peers, what if there is more, what if i could do more, spread my word, influence more, lectures for all not just the researchers of the site
Perhaps a site wide influence, for everyone, for all departments, i want to, i need to, i must, for them, for everyone, for the respect of Site 65, towards a future of respectful and ethical conduct within the facility, i can make that change, one way or another.
