Why are you applying for Security Captain?
Ever since my start on the server I have always been fond of being apart of GENSEC starting from a cadet to now as a Riot Sergeant, I wish to provide my helpful work ethic toward the GENSEC Department as I have noticed a current Captain which I wont name who acts unprofessionally and majority of the time is seen not performing his duties, this is behaviour not expected of a Captain which is something that I want to be improved upon my peers if I am able to receive the role, I want to make GENSEC more fun for others by inviting new roleplay opportunities for GENSEC as well as other Departments when available, I want to watch the growth of GENSEC and specifically in the members of the department as i guide them to a bright future which can lead them to be a future Captain or MTF unit depending on their preference, no matter which it may be i still wish to watch others proceed in their careers, overall i wish to provide a more fun experience for others, provide more to GENSEC and train/teach members to help them improve.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I am hugely familiar with the Code Of Conduct as well as the Code Of Ethics, this should hopefully show that i will always remain professional and always correct or punish those that breach the standing Code Of Ethics/Conduct which is a expectation of a captain, i have experience being administrative with others through my other CL4 Roles meaning that i will be successful at organising sweeps and conducting trainings, applying discipline etc. I can consider myself as someone who is well known within the server meaning that i can communicate with others efficiently, I am a mature individual who can assert commands when they are needed which is a requirement for a GENSEC Captain, I am a consistently active member of the server and finally i am an overall nice person meaning that i am easy to talk to meaning that if anybody requires help or advice they do not fear just coming up to me and asking i am always open to answering questions for others

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Captains are tasked with management of DBLOCK, this includes assigning members to Airlock/Watchtower and escort duties for example, They are to keep constantly updated on the Status of DBLOCK either by their own personal observation or reports from others members for example if D-Class have weapons this leads to the next point which is organising sweeps, Captains are to give commands and a briefing before a sweep is to be continued, They need to apply discipline to those who breach policies or the Code Of Ethics/Conduct by either giving Verbal Warnings/Taking to IA/Temporary Bans From The Department, Captains are also expected to report to Chief Of Security(s) when needed, They are required to conduct trainings for example RRT Try-outs or a Heavy Weapons License Try-out, Captains also assign duties to RRT when required for example patrol duties, Overall GENSEC Captains are tasked with the overall assignment/Management and wellbeing of DBLOCK
