Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I Wish to become a Site Advisor to further proceed my story within the foundation and i wish to do that with the role of Site Advisor, I want to create new and inclusive RP situations for all to increase the enjoyment of the server for myself and others, i wish to provide my work ethic towards the Site Administration Department which in the larger picture will provide for the entirety of the foundation, I have always aimed to become a member of the Site Administration team as i now believe i am capable of up taking the responsibilities, i am also applying as i believe i am well suited for the role of Site Advisor as the role has been recommended to me a an array of time as well as my own personal interest. Finally i wish to be able to watch and view as the server begins to grow and flourish with all of the community
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I Have gained a large amount of experience within the site which has led to the development of how the site is managed and ran, I have an extremely strong ability within the principle of creating documentation, this skill has been developed by my long standing in the role of Executive Researcher, it has also been developed within my time as an Ethics Committee Assistant, this is important as Site Advisors are expected to be somewhat talented when it comes to creating documentation which is something that i believe i will be able to provide, Leading up to my second application for the role of Site Advisor i have developed my Leadership skills as Site Advisor is a SR CL4 Position meaning that you are expected to uphold high standards and come forward as a leader to take charge of situations/scenarios, i have achieved this by creating lectures to spread my knowledge aswell as taking charge of disciplinary scenarios which in some cases is required of a Site Advisor, Lastly i have developed my leadership by taking charge of situations where a leader figure is lacking and therefore a majority of people are questioning what to do which has led me to guide and lead them in the right direction or taking lead, these skills have been complimented by my peers aswell. Finally i am going to further elaborate on how Site Advisor is a SR CL4 Position, this means that you are expected to be professional and uphold the highest standards that you can, i can achieve this as i have an excessive amount of knowledge regarding the Code Of Ethics and The Code Of Conduct, i can always be seen following the site policies and conducting myself in a high standard manner which again has been complimented by my peers, my knowledge of the COE and COC is also important as it allows me to analyse and determine when an individual is breaking Conduct Or Ethics Policies meaning that i can either correct them or give them encouraging advice to do better.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration have 3 Core Principles/duties that they are expected to perform, this will be elaborated on below:
Leading Responses to Code Emergencies
This can be considered as one of the most important duties that a Site Advisor has to conduct, This involves determining what has caused a specific code emergency to be called (For this example it will be a Code 2), you are to communicate with GENSEC to receive and update on the situation and to determine if a sweep is necessary for a captain to conduct. (For this example it will be a Code 5), you are to communicate with MTF to receive and update on the currently breached SCPS aswell as the overall standing of the facility, if you deem it necessary you can authorise AA to respond to the Breach(s), after the Code has been dealt with it is your responsibility to ensure no unauthorised personnel have gained access to AA and that all equipment that was received is placed back correctly. (For this example it will be a Code Black), you are to assist with ensuring that Non Combative's evacuate the facility and that combative personnel remain to combat the issue which can be done through [COMMS] once in a safe location (Garage) you can continue to receive updates which can be referred to Site Command so that necessary action can be taken if it is required, after the code black you may ensure personnel are amnesticated if it is required
Documentation
as a Site Advisor you are expected all major problems/issues that have occurred or any unsettlement within a department that you are overviewing this could be (Ethical Issues, Performance Issues, Activity Or requests made by the specific Department. This form of documentation can be referred to as a Department Review. Other forms of documentation can be created if requested for example; Specific Assignments, Internal or external documents.
Overviewing Of Departments
You can be designated to a department as a Site Advisor, this means you are expected to complete a review of said department (This includes all departments and regiments), you are expected to monitor the department and assist if your help is required/requested or if any members of the department/regiment have a concern they wish to inform you on, this information is expected to be included in the Department Review if deemed necessary, you are to keep consistent supervision of the department to ensure no major issues are being made, This sections entails a lot overall as it includes the overview of the department then providing help and support to said department in the area's that it is lacking in and then providing the Department Review to the department so that they may view the issues within the department so that they can deal with the issue internally without the assistance of SA if they wish to, this is to inform department/regiment leaders on what they are doing correctly/well and what there lacking qualities are so that they can continue to improve and resolve the addressed issues
