What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I am best suited for this particular job because I have a very well understanding of the code of ethics additionally to that I understand why we have the code of ethics/conduct. With such a grip on these 2 factors I am confident in my ability on making decisions when it comes to the fine lines of the Code of ethics. I understand that I have no prior experience with Clearance 4 but if we look to my E-11 'career' I have risen the ranks exceptionally fast and gained responsibilities in a short space time proving that I am a trusted individual and good at learning fast. Now With the leadership side of things I understand one of my duties would be tasking Omega-1 when no other ethics members are on site. I am very confident in my leadership skills due to past experiences and within E-11.
I strongly believe I would be excellent in this position due to the fact I am passionate in what I do. Whilst acting in a professional and unbiased manner. I would like the opportunity to make the site a better place and with the correct people behind me. I believe I could make that a reality over a period of time.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
As an 'assistant' for Ethics members you do not have full rights as they would do but you do still need to be enforcing the code of ethics. But your focus will be on assisting Ethics members at whatever they need help with. A big emphasis will be set on enforcing the COE/COC onto everyone in the facility and your duty as an assistant is to help any body or set straight anyone that is breaching these terms.

-Respond to severe ethical breaches alongside Omega-1

Role in the facility: Current E-11 CPL that is in the front runners squadron ''The Frontrunners are an elite, combat-oriented squadron designed to spearhead offensive actions taken by E-11'' This squadron was created for the best operatives that can be trusted to in code 1's.
'All before I even knew about the foundation I was a simple soldier nothing more nothing less. Lived on barracks doing the same thing everyday, It was an ordinary day when our CO called us to his office but from that day it all changed. 'You're being transferred' those were the last 3 words I heard before it all changed. A file was giving to me with the title ' S E C U R E . . . C O N T A I N . . . P R O T E C T' '
'It was all a blur from that day signing NDA's and doing admin. boring really. Always moving on, this is when I finally knew what I was getting in too, We arrived into a lecture hall of some sort with a massive screen with the title 'Code of ethics' it was a very interesting lecture and something I didn't know was that important'
I did around about 5 months as a gensec cadet whilst learning the COE trying to be better than the other cadets and make myself known. Fortunately I got out of that rather quickly and transferred over to E-11.
''Working as E-11 in site* 65 for as long as I have you will see some terrible abominations but after so many containment breaches you realise some 'people' inside of the facility are worse that the Entities being secured within it. When I am simply just patrolling the facility that is when I see the worst of it. Gensec shooting D-class with no warmings whilst they have done nothing wrong, You see researchers using SCPs for there own personal gain and worst of all you people in position of power over others just abusing it. That's when I thought it was enough with a strong will to change all of this I am applying for this assistant role''
As an E-11 operator yes I can make sure people are following the code of ethics when escorting researchers but I believe it is time to go bigger. Foundation wide if it were.
