Date of ban: 3:40 AM Wednesday, May 3, 2023 (EDT)
What is your exact ban reason I got banned for not changing my name because I had it as Kanye West and then I kept a ban evading because I didn't want to wait the full day
Who banned you: bobby clint
Ban length?: permaban
What server were you banned on?: (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP USA
Link a copy of the in-game rules here (the url):https://www.civilgamers.com/community/threads/scp-rp-rules.2244/
What will you do to stop this from happening again: be patient and wait my ban out
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?
Why should you be unbanned:
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that ban evasion is against the rules of most online gaming communities, including Gmod SCP servers. It's a serious offense that can result in permanent bans. However, people can make mistakes and sometimes, emotions can get the better of us. If you ban evaded, it's crucial to take responsibility for your actions and apologize for any disruption caused to the community.
Secondly, a Gmod SCP server is a place where people come to have fun, interact with others, and enjoy the game. As a member of the community, you have a responsibility to uphold the rules and contribute to a positive environment. By ban evading, you violated that trust and showed a lack of respect for the community's rules and values. However, if you can demonstrate that you understand the gravity of your actions and are willing to make amends, the community may be willing to give you a second chance.
Lastly, unbanning you could potentially benefit the Gmod SCP server in several ways. For example, you may have valuable skills, knowledge, or experiences that could contribute positively to the community. By allowing you to return, the server could potentially benefit from your contributions, leading to a more vibrant and diverse community. Furthermore, allowing you to return could help to foster a sense of forgiveness and inclusivity in the community, showing that people can learn from their mistakes and be given a chance to make amends
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Reflect on my past behavior: Take some time to reflect on the behavior that led to my ban. Identify the specific actions that violated the rules and consider what i could have done differently. This will help me avoid making similar mistakes in the future.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:[/b] some possible reasons why someone i want to rejoin a Gmod SCP server include wanting to continue playing with friends, enjoying the gameplay and community, wanting to improve their skills, or simply wanting to be a part of a community that shares similar interests. It's important to approach the situation with honesty and sincerity, acknowledging any mistakes made in the past and demonstrating a willingness to follow the rules and be a positive member of the community.

Heya @The Fundraiser,

Firstly, looks like you used ChatGPT for the "Why you should be unbanned" section. Secondly, I did state in the sits that the first ban should've served as deterrent enough, yet you continued again and again to a now permanent ban. You even stated interest in ban evading again, which isn't exactly behavior that I'd really sympathize with. Overall, even if you enjoy the server, we do have rules to abide by, and you've shown interest in breaking them over and over.

The next response will be from a super admin+.

Thanks,
Bobby Clint.

Hi @The Fundraiser,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

While I understand that you were eager to get back onto the server, evading your ban isn't the correct way to go about it. After getting banned the first time for ban evasion, it should have been an indicator that you shouldn't be doing that. Your responses seem to have been generated based on wording used throughout the appeal.

You may re-appeal in 4 weeks
