Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Was unfairly banned by Admin "wrath" for unknown reasons.


Initially arrested by an Ambassador under sketchy circumstances, asked Admins for a sit to help me out. They agreed the arrest was weird but said to go through ethics. After hearing the ambassador talk, Wrath let the ambassador run the sit and proceeded to call another admin to stand alongside him. While in the sit initially, the ambassador lied and told them I said "suck my dick" which is false. I don't have a clip but the Ambassador does as they bragged about it during the sit (which "wrath" didn't want to see). They proceeded to ban me, when I attempted to reach out in ooc for help as well as muted me. There is no defined violation for toxicity and the only related "inappropriate content" terminology in the rules has to do with ERP, which I did not commit. No priors bans pretty new to GMOD got it for SCP-RP. There have been other complaints against wrath. I just want my ban lifted.

You called a sit for a false arrest. Upon bringing you to a sit, I brought the ambassador who explained the reason for the arrest was you calling him a name. Both you and the ambassador agreed on the fact you called him a name, but you said the arrest was invalid. I said that the arrest was valid, and you proceeded to say it was not. I gave you the chance to escalate to Transient, which you took. Upon Transient also saying the arrest was valid, you were told that you were about to be returned after being told to talk to a department director/ethics if you still think its false. However, as I was returning you, you said something in OOC (proof will be sent to the SL member reviewing this) that falls under our grounds for inappropriate conduct. I teleported to you where you then said even more things which falls under severe toxicity. You were then banned for 3 days for inappropriate conduct and severe toxicity.

False, I never called him a name. I said that I had told him "not to be a dick". Ambassador had told you otherwise and you believed him without viewing evidence. When offered a clip you declined to view it.

I was never given the opportunity to rp this scenario. I was banned before the 10-minute arrest ended.

Never happened? I was banned before the arrest ended, still in the admin sit area.

I am calling into question your behavior as a leading member of staff. As a new player, aren't I supposed to be welcomed especially when you have an opportunity to explain a new mechanic or rp scenario I haven't encountered? I've been looking into other appeals with similar complaints against you and have come across different posts and similar appeals where it is clear that you rush sits, don't pay attention, and exhibit clear favoritism. I don't want it to go that way, I just want the ban lifted and the abuse to end.

Some leading examples where you rush, don't explain yourself in-game, and over punish (forcing people to make an account on this awful 2000s site). All so that you can return to your rp, robbing others of their rp experience.
