Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? no not once
Why should you be unbanned: my internet went out for a couple hours during the sit and when i came back on i was banned i dont think thats fair there was nothing i could do and my freind was out during this time so he didint respond when i messaged him to tell them i dc the micspam however was my bad i just got a new mic a few days ago and when i checked it out the input was maxed out i didint realise when i was rp ing with the others that i was so loud and im sorry for that but i think being banned and warned as part of that is unfair
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: im not sure the ltap wasent anything i could control not even my fault the mic i take responsibility for i didint know the input was maxed out ive fixed it tho so even when im loud it should be normal for others

To start off, I had video evidence of you having you're microphone at high levels, and you had disconnected from the sit when I brought you. Here is the video leading towards you're warn for mic spam included in you're ban.| https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/1490vqJ7xecMbe/mFQRs0k3koKW?invite=cr-MSxCc2QsMTI5MjYxMzYwLA |As well I had brought you into the sit room but you did not say anything, and when you disconnected I also waited 10 minutes for you to reconnect. But to be fair I did not know that you're internet had disconnected and there was also no way of me knowing that it did disconnect or you just left. Therefore I had given you a 1 day ban for Ltap and a mic spam warn included in the ban that was given.

hey thanks for responding as i said before i take responsibility for the mic problem like i said i didint know how loud it was as i just got a new one a few days prior but the ltap was not fair i was in a call with my freind at the time who can agree my internet went out as i not only got disconnected from the server but the call i was in and i feel it should be less harsh considering i have 0 proir warnings

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Normally with LTAP bans it is difficult to tell if someone is lying or not when someone says they didn't mean to get off. But in light of recent screenshots, I have been given proving that his internet did indeed crash. Because of this, I will be unbanning you as well as removing the ban from your history. For future reference having your microphone at a high volume will easily result in a micspam warning.
