Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes, unfortunately
Why should you be unbanned: so i can grow as a researcher and excell in my field of work (sending d-classes to heaven by scp for the sake of "science").
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: from the warns that i've had recieved i learned that i've done a few things out of character that i shouldn't be doing, i will remember that handcuffing people while handcuffed is technicly not possible and that researchers having handcuffs is illegal
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: There were a few gameplay aspects that i want to try out on the server, mainly the citizen/above ground stuff

Upon review of your appeal and warning history I have decided to deny your appeal. Being warned multiple times in a day is usually an indicator that the user doesn't care about the rules. You also state in your appeal that you won't let your bans stack up again along with the statement "sending d-classes to heaven by scp for the sake of 'science'"which I believe indicates you may break the rules again in the future.
