What will you do to stop this from happening again: I must comply if im ordered to do something at gunpoint to minimalize chance of my character dying to simulate being scared of being shot and dying. I will try my best to remember to do that

Why should you be unbanned: FearRP is one of the less bad rules to break (but yes, I know no rules should be broken, i still did break a rule, which is bad), i will try my best to not break it anymore and behave more in general. Even tho i might not be the most behaved player, I really hope i am not a bad person, i try to not ruin the fun of other players on the server.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I try not to break rules in general, FearRP is the hardest for me because when chased i instinctively try to run away, i dont have such issues with other rules tho, i believe. I will try my best to stay within the rules.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I really enjoy this server, it's much much better than any other RP server i found in GMod, there are many nice people there and a lot of stuff to do, I want to play more on the server and interract with people, and have fun in the SCP setting of the server
additionally i'd like to add that i broke fearrp when being chased for a pretty small crime - assault (which was saying "/me slaps you in the face") to someone i have been pretty annoyed with earlier. my anger was part of the reason i broke fearrp so i will try to manage my emotions more and be more well behaved.
