Why should you be unbanned: I dont understand how what i did was ban worthy, as i only committed fear rp, which i didnt even know was happening because i could not see.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: read over rules, will ensure my roleplay doesnt break them
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: fun server, good community, enjoy playing
I was playing as gensec, and I was in med bay, where there was a dclass, who i shot (they had a knife). Pyro was chasing me trying to arrest me, holding handcuffs and telling me to stop moving, which i didnt because i was not held at gunpoint. I ran to the research area, (to which i believe pyro followed me as he appeared a little while later), and picked up the 3d glasses (in rp with researcher), pyro then cuffed me and i died from the red aliens.
Pyro then brought me into a sit and warned me for RDM, FailRP, FearRp.
I did not rdm, the d-class had weapon(s), I dont know if what i did was failrp, if putting the 3d glasses on is fail rp then i definitely understand, and will know further when i have read through the rules again, and the fear rp doesnt make sense as i never saw pyro with a gun on me apart from near the end when he told me to stand still and i did, to which he cuffed me.
I wouldnt really mind about the warns, if that was all they were for. The reason im appealing is because he used the warns i have previously been punished for to stack them, i was warned twice for fear rp and RDM before christmas, on the 22nd or 23rd, which was used in my previous ban, which was for 2 weeks as a combination of that and toxicity (which was a massive misunderstanding as the other person who was the "victim" was in on it).
It was my understanding that these warns wouldnt be used again, as it would just mean if i got warned 4 times, and banned, every other time i joined back and was warnings checked by an admin i would just be banned again, as i had reached the warning limit again.
If i get banned for having 4 warnings, and join back. Could i not just be banned again if warnings were re-used, as i still technically have 4.
Pyro used my previous warns to "Stack Ban" me, i believe he also false warned me for RDM and fail rp, and if i wasnt warned for these things i would be banned, so i have appealed.
Im sorry for any inconvenience i caused, i do genuinely want to rp on the server, i just finished leveling up d-class to take the test for IA as well.
