What will you do to stop this from happening again: I learned the hard way just how sensitive people were about the whole n-word thing.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?: Yes two warns for FailRP, once as SCP 999 because I was stealing unattended D-Class and once I took bleach even though I was handcuffed because I didn't know there were different rules for cyanide and bleach

-Why should you be unbanned: In the aftermath I can see that it could be seen as baiting but I didn't think much of it when I wrote it. I would have just atleast liked to be given the chance to explain myself instead of instantly getting gagged and banned. I also feel like a ban is not ncecessary but a warn would have been more fair since it's not like I spammed it and I genuinely didn't know that it was such a sensitive topic on here. Like I said I just see Niger as a country and thought everyone knew that.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I won't break any other rule because it wouldn't make sense. I have invested a lot of my time into this server and it is rare to find a server that isn't blasted with donations priveliges or jobs that don't fit into the mode but are added because of donators. I appreciate this server and I have made multiple friends on it.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because it's fun

I banned you because you said in OOC 'Niger' with no context. You get muted and i teleport to you. You kept saying it was a country and that is true but you said it in OOC for no reason and no context so i banned you for NITRP. Seeming as it looked to me that you were trying to bait a reaction out of staff.

Someone said "Next one to say the N-Word in chat gets a suprise". I just kinda thought it would be funny if I said Niger because it's a country and that it would just be a harmless joke. Like I said, I didn't know that people were so sensitive about that, but in the end it was still my fault. It didn't even come to my mind that it could be classified as baiting since I was in the middle of talking with a friend about an scp test. I guess I am just mostly bummed about the fact that as soon as I say it, E-11 blacklists me without giving me any chance to defend myself or to listen. Like I think there is a difference between a person that is genuinely racist and one that just made a genuine, all be sort of dumb, mistake. But then again that is out of your control. Anyway thx for the fast response, since it's only a 1 day ban and since I've already been blacklisted I guess there isn't anything to be done about the situation.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

First of all, I would like to apologise for taking so long in responding to this appeal. And after reading both stories, I have decided to allow the removal of your ban from your record (As it already expired).

However, do note, that even though what you said is just a country, you shouldn't be saying it out of nowhere, as it is similar to another word we all know, and you may be banned if you do it again.

Contact an Admin+ in-game to get it removed from your record.​
