What is your exact ban reason (shows when you try to connect): RDM, We were chilling in CI Bunks having a goof just shooting each other while we wait for the DC to be over. Everyone agreed to it while we wait for the DC raid to be over and an admin Alex Bones flew into the base an froze us all as a d-boy and pulled us into a sit and banned us all for 2 days rather than a warning even though everyone in the Bunks agreed to the gun fight.

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I guess not do it or to agree to a proper gun fight to where everyone agreed to it.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Banned once in the past like a year ago for a slip up of my words but other than that no.

Why should you be unbanned:
I should have been warned not banned apically if I never had an rdm warning before.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
By not doing it again I don't break rules really if I do it's from a misunderstanding of the rules or haven;t been up to date with them

Why do you want to rejoin this server?:[/b] I love this server been watching this server for years and I wanna be apart of the server for along as possible and be a part of it as it grows.

Hello and thank you for making a ban appeal,

The reason I banned you was due to you and multiple others were constantly killing each other for no reason (RDM), the only reason for me not banning you all for MRDM was that you were only affecting each other. The reason you gave me matches the reason you gave me "We are in a ts and are just goofing about" but as it is, it's still RDM if not MRDM.

Due to me wanting to make sure I made the right decision before banning you, I consulted with a super admin (@Requis) which more or less gave me a go ahead of banning you all for either RDM (1-3days) or MRDM (2 weeks) which I made the decision to ban you for 2 days.

I want another Admin other than you from the (US server) to take my ban appeal thank you kindly, I feel like you should have at least gave me (US) a verbal or a actual warning for RDM and not a ban since do to the fact I have no RDM warnings on my record, everyone else that RDM's gets a warning but we get banned for 2 days for coming to an agreement to have some fun and shooting within the CI bunks. Everyone involved agreed to it not taking RP from anyone involved I do understand the RDM rule but we all agreed to the shoot out in base no one was effected by it at all and then you no clip to our base and freeze us all. I feel like you wrongfully banned us for this incident even though we agreed to it when it could have been stopped if you told us please stop or I will warn you and if it continues I will take further action and we would have stopped. No one within the CI bunks was effected by this you just randomly appeared and froze us all and pulled us to a sit and then banned us even though I have no warnings for RDM and I can assume the rest as well had no RDM warnings. Than you sincerely for your time and effort but I wish for another Admin to handle this from the (US) server.

Whilst I know that you requested U.S SL to review this appeal, due to the Staff Member in question being a member of U.K SL that is the reasoning for why I am handling this ban appeal.
As I said within a complaint made against @Alex Bones the decision made was perfectly adequate, and both you and everyone else involved in the situation acknowledges that they were messing around and RDMing eachother or "1v1ing" eachother whilst waiting for the DC Cooldown to be over.

Normally, this would've added up to a MRDM ban however it was talked down to a couple day ban.
