Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I think 2 failrp were active but all the other stuff was expired
Why should you be unbanned: Well I think my ban should be shortened and mrdm removed as we had no intent to kill anymore as could be seen in the logs. Sadly I don't have access to logs.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Well I learned my lesson to not kill other mcnd
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: its the best scp-rp server on Garry's mod with most of its stuff custom, also I have been playing there for a long time and I would just like to play it.

Hello Dan, Thanks for taking the time to make this complaint

So the reason of to why you received what you did was, When i responded to the complaint i was told that you had been farming, After observing you in the act i then dragged you both to a sit, After checking logs It was clear that you both were killing each other with no logical RP reasoning as you said you believed it was an undercover CI/ranger so i issued the MRDM due to the extent that you killed each other [This has also been confirmed with SL that it was indeed MRDM along with the stacked bans] Along with this the added punishment was due to you having previous bans which then led to the extension on your ban along with the warning of breaking NLR... Please find the clip of the observation prior to being brought to a sit

I would have been more persuaded to accept this ban appeal, or even lower the ban time of both you and your friend however after taking a quick look at logs you both killed each other exactly (11) times. This most definitely warrants the punishment that you were given for this, the claim of you having no more intention of killing each other again would've been null considering the damage had already been done.

Due to the above, I'll be closing & locking this thread.
