What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will try not to rdm people. I will read the rules to make sure that when I kill someone its not rdm.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes.
Why should you be unbanned: I was cut in the line by a troll. I told him to stop when he was on the side. he procedded to cut me and then taunt me. I hit him to very low hp. I then tell him to get out multiple times then he proceeds to start mixing about calling a sit and then calling me a retard. Clip
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will reread the rules to better my understanding when I can and cant kill another class-D.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Its fun and I have alot of hours in it.

Hey there @IRONGRINDER321 So as i did explain in the sit that someone cutting in line is not a valid reason to kill someone. I was unaware of the fact that he did call you a retard, as we dont not tolerate that. But still you did attack him basely on the fact of him cutting you in line. So that is why you were banned for rdm.

If it helps, I only punched him to very low hp after he cut. Then I fully killed him after he called me retarded.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Unfortunately, "cutting in line" is not a reason to terminate or kill somebody. You shouldn't be attacking other D-Class in any circumstance unless in self defense, which you can report that player for RDM. The other player should've been warned for toxicity, but since you never raised the point, we wouldn't have been able to act on it at that moment. To get to where you are with that many warnings and bans, though, isn't exactly an easy feat for someone who abides by the rules.
