Why should you be unbanned: I hopped on the server hoping to rp but all i saw was people killing each other and one trial moderrator not doing anything about it i tried to ignore and just roleplay but i was being spawned camped at gensec spawn and coudlnt leave i tried to call the trial moderrator but he wasnt doing anything i waited for an admin or anyone else but no one was online the server was in chaos so i just shot back at the people who were shooting at me after an hour or less i got tired of the rdm so i just left when i logged back i saw i got banned for 1 week and 6 days and i dont think i deserve that ban maybe i deserve jail time or being banned for a day or two but two weeks is too much.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: if the server is in chaos or there are no admins i would just leave until the server has admins so that i dont argue with people MRDM.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?:[/b] I want to rejoin so that i can RP and have fun i spent alot of money and time on this server and just want to play.

I understand and severely apologize for the lack of staff at the time of the mentioned situation, but fighting rule breaks with rule breaks is never the answer. Considering the logs that I have seen and from spectating around myself, I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt but after a while, I checked logs and have seen a clip of you killing a combat medic and 6 seconds later, left the server. I waited for 10 minutes for your return but to no avail and so I saw fit to have you punished for MRDM and LTAP. I have also checked the rest of your logs and seen you killing multiple people ranging from D-class to Gensec to Combat Medics and even chefs.

As the person who reported you, I would like to add that I was not involved in the "rule-breaking" going on, I was just sitting in D-Block waiting for something to happen, where you walked up and told me to "fuck off" and shot me. Saying you were just "fighting the rule breaking" would be wrong, as I was doing nothing wrong at the time which should warrant a death.

I killed that combat medic because he was one of the people that was going around RDMing and i didnt notice there was an admin so i just decided to kill him and leave because he wasnt trying to RP and after what he did i just wanted to kill him to piss him off also i was gonna join later when admins were on and if there was an issue talk about it but two weeks is a long ban time.

you were on of the guys that was spawn camping in gensec for no reason to saythat you had no involvment after you shot me with two other guys is a lie

Unless you have a video clip to support your claim about Biscuit being one of the people spawn camping, I can do nothing about that. Even if that were the case, Do not fight rule breaks with rule breaks as that is never the answer in any situation.

I believe there was two individuals who were instigating fights in SS at the time, however none were me. I was having a conversation with one of them about E-11 since he was interested in joining. While talking to him you walked out of your spawn and shot both of us down for no reason when we did nothing to you. I believe the other person who was instigating fights disconnected/ran off before you ran out of your spawn.

If I ever shot at you, it was in self-defence as I abide by the rules and do not RDM people.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I will be denying this appeal, as it is not okay to kill people just because other people were doing it. But from the clips and the logs that I have been sent from Jack Kincaid, I am more than confident you did break these rules, and the correct punishments were given out.
