I will be careful with what questions I ask to not seem like I was doing something intentionally as at the time I was asking a genuine question. I will make sure to think before I say things that could or couldn't be taken a wrong way.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?
Multiple times for everything but kicks.

Why should you be unbanned:
I believe my bans was kind of dumb considering it was a genuine question asking about a word that sound a lot like a racial slur but isn't a racial slur the word is a word that means "to give" spelled N I G A. You can look at dictionary.com or google and see its true. I was asking since I know a k pop song I sometimes listen to that has that word that sound like a racial slur.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
I don't think its a rule break to ask a question about a foreign word but I will reread the rules and make sure to be more careful before I do things.

This is my favorite server I play everyday and I may get banned and warned a lot but I always come back. I have also just generally just had some great times and would hate having to be banned for 4 weeks.

Hello. I had banned you for severe toxicity for your itteration of the N word. I had also extended your ban due to the fact that you had numerous bans stacked up since the month of june leading to the extension with Stacked bans.

Please take a look at the definition of "n i g a" it means "to give" in a foreign language. I had no intention on being racist in any way as my comment in chat was actually asking if it is taken as racist. Maybe you didn't take a great look at what i said and just looked at the bolded letters? Also thank you for responding quickly.

I've chosen to deny your appeal because you prefaced it by saying 'Is it racist if i saw the japanese word..' and you proceeded to spell out a variation of the N-Word. Considering the context, we are on a primarily English speaking server, your punishment history, and your responses attempting to justify what you said, I've chosen to uphold the ban.
