What will you do to stop this from happening again: being false banned for being able to time jumps
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? only jailed for 2 mins to read the rules no warns or bans
Why should you be unbanned: the clip they showed me ( https://streamable.com/g01aw1 ) is literly a clip of my jumping back and forth you can try to replicate this on the server and you can do the exact same.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: im now aware that i cant be able to time jumps well
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: because i was having fun until i got told i cant be able to time jumps well enough to be called out for cheating

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

To start. Me and other staff told you many times in sits, and out of sits that Bhopping is not allowed on the server as the server is a SeriousRP server. After some time I ended up getting 3 sits about you Bhopping around, some also saying that you look suspicious of scripts.

After that, I went on to spectate you. In the clip, you had mentioned above. You are jumping moving very slightly back and forth and bumping into the player of the sit while not losing any momentum which is the first sign of scripting. Secondly, the way your model looks. Yes, this is something that is part of the game. On this server, if you jump back and forth, on your own, or into players, normally like you should make a normal jumping motion like this. After reviewing the clip and spectating you with multiple staff members we can to the conclusion that you were scripting and that you should be reprimanded for your action. Also looking at your profile you have MULTIPLE vac bans, and game bans on record, one being 18 days ago. Due to this evidence, we believe the ban is justified.

from the clips you supplied you are showing the exact same thing i was doing in the clip you showed me as "proof." and is it to hard to press A and D second while jumping? you can do the exact same as me by doing 3 simple steps:
1. jump ever time you hit the ground
2. press A and D every second or so, this is used to make sharp turns and not instantly lose all speed.
3. hold W

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

From the evidence presented it is clear that you are using scripts. Myself and my fellow staff have conducted several tests including the instructions you presented in your response. Despite all these tests nothing has been able to replicate your situation apart from when scripts are in use.

Your ban is valid and therefore you will be waiting out the rest of your ban. Take this time to reflect on your actions and please understand that we do not allow any use of hacks / scripts in our network.
