Why should you be unbanned: Well i didnt mean to be toxic, i got annoyed at the guy for hitting me for no reason because another guy was trying to random kill me with a knife and i killed him, then another class d brute hit with his fists for no reason and i was trying to avoid em both since they were both coming after and he killed me and i got toxic which i didnt mean because the both of them came after me for no reason.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I wont be toxic and and try not to random fight again and behave
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I like it, very fun and enjoyable

As I informed you in game we do not allow racism or any homophobia whatsoever and you were going to be banned. Footage of you calling another guy racial and homophobic slurs and telling them to go kill themselves was shown to me.

After this you went on and killed the guy who killed you, I checked logs so what you're saying about them hitting you must be false as there were no records of them damaging you after you died ,only you shanking them 30 seconds later.

So I bring you in a sit. Your response to being informed of a ban was trying to shank me in a sit. You did acknowledge your mistake but you've crossed a line I cannot over look, along with some misbehavior in a sit I came to the conclusion that you should also be banned for NITRP as you didn't really show any intention of roleplaying.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After speaking with the moderator who served your ban, I have decided to deny your appeal for the following reasons, Being severely toxic to other members of the community is not acceptable. There was a clip of you RDMing a player in D-Block and you ARDMing the staff member when he starts explaining to you why you are receiving a ban. Based on the above I believe it is fair to issue a NITRP ban to a player who doesn't want to follow the rules.
