Why should you be unbanned: Well i was rping then went afk got brought to a sit and staff said i was getting a failrp warn but then got it wrong changed it to fear rp then added Nitrp for no reason.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Well i didnt.

Hello @thedoctor Thank you for making an appeal,

Earlier today we had an incident between me and one other Staff member being [Moon Tzu] where we had a suspected issue of you abusing the dispensers in the vicinity of HCZ, due to this I chose to spectate you for approximately 30 Minutes where whilst I did not collect any evidence against this incident with the dispensers there was a separate incident that occurred during this time.

After you patrolled throughout the entirety of HCZ with an E11 Escort searching for broken doors and or computers you ended up alone within the SCP-035 Containment control room whilst there was an ongoing Code 5 and E11 had left you, The breach at this time was not SCP-035 and was instead SCP-106 if I am not mistaken. Shortly after this you proceeded to open the Containment Blast door to the SCP-035 Chamber and entered the chamber in an attempt to become possessed by the mask intentionally, in order to stop this I TP'ed to you and froze you before you could carry this out.
After bringing you to a sit with myself and shortly afterwards Yeke Maot we discussed your punishment with you and evaluated what would be best fitting, As well as this Jerma and Travis Recher were also present at the sit. After reviewing the clip I had provided a conclusion was made to Punish you for FearRP To begin with being a Class C.

In an attempt to avoid the punishment and or receive a lesser of a punishment you began to contradict your own words with us present and claimed to also be AFK saying that -035 Had breached and possessed you to which he had not, After many incidents and lengthy conversations with you during this 20+ Minute sit time as well as your extensive punishment history it was decided a NITRP ban would be justified as well as the FearRP which would have been a warn.

Due to this ban you were then taken up to Stacked Bans Class E as previously discussed with Yeke Maot present leading you to an overall ban of 4 weeks for Stacked Bans [E] | FearRP [C] and NITRP.

You have also mentioned that your original punishment of a FailRP Warn was 'wrongly' changed to a FearRP warn, even if this was to be the case you would have then been placed on an FailRP Class E warning coming with a ban regardless thus triggering your Stacked Bans Class E once again.

I hope this helps you to understand further my reasoning behind your ban and overall punishment, If you wish to have a further detailed explanation I would be more than happy to prove that.

If you review the Punishment guidelines that me and Yeke provided to you, you can see a Stacked Bans Class E ban warrants 4 weeks.
Being a Senior-Moderator I can only ban for a maximum of 2 weeks therefore another staff member being Moha Demi extended your ban to 4 weeks.
If you wish to check this simply try connecting to the server and it will show the updated/extended ban timer, I am perfectly capable within my position and am aware of what I am doing, thank you for asking however.

Thank you for taking the time to write out a ban appeal, however after reviewing all pieces of evidence provided in the thread, you were banned for the following;

- FearRP Class C - Warn + 5m Jail
- Stacked Bans Class E - 4 Weeks Ban
- No Intent To Roleplay.

Due to the situation given, and the evidence provided it looked as if you intended to cause a breach of SCP-035 without any due cause, of which there were claims by yourself that you had been possessed by SCP-035 when a breach never occurred.
Due to the fact you had attempted to deceive the staff in order to escape punishment, I feel alongside Freddie that you had no intention to roleplay, especially as you came off a recent ban and it seems you were just trying to mess around as oppose to following the outlines of your position.

As a result, the ban will remain.
