What will you do to stop this from happening again: I'll make sure that I don't leave right away and wait to ensure I'm not going to get pulled into a sit.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? no, only a couple misunderstandings of the rules in the past

Why should you be unbanned: i want to be unbanned because i didn't intentionally leave to avoid the sit, i just got bored and wanted to play with a different friend. If i got a message saying to log back on to do a sit i would have been more than happy to

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I'll make sure that i read up on the D-class rules before I continue playing as them
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I enjoy playing on this RP server and the community is generally good to me.

I want to thank you for taking the time and making a ban appeal.

I want to clear up any misconceptions that were made by those who banned you. I was the one who had asked someone else to ban you. This is because, as a trial moderator, I am unable to ban those who are offline so I had to ask someone else to do it. I know we had discussed this on discord but I would like to reiterate it here. I had discussed with Pynput, my mentor, about there being enough evidence for RDM and we both agreed that there was. Because there is enough evidence for RDM, we see a way that you could have left intentionally. Because of that, I see this as a valid ban.

I'm not going to argue as the ban is only for like 2 more hours but, the way I see it, is even though there was evidence for RDM there is no way I could have known that I was needed for a sit. By that logic if I did RDM someone and they make a sit after I logged off its an instant ban which to me isn't fair.

My apologies that this has taken a while to resolve.
Upon reviewing the situation, Ryan has followed appropriate protocol whilst dealing with the situation.
I do apologize for what has happened, however, If a player disconnects they're given 10 minutes prior receiving a ban for LTAP.
