Why should you be unbanned: he told me to change my name and I did idk why he banned me. I said I would change it if he found it inappropriate, but he still didn't listen. he ignored everything I said and just banned me. what kind of mod is this. He only warned me once then banned me ( your meant to warn someone 3 times. he could've warned me but decided to ban me.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I already don't break any rules but always check with staff if im unsure on something

You received the overall punishment of NITRP due to the fact that you continuously changed your name to something of which is not accepted and proved to me within a sit that you had no intention to remain on the server other than for the simple fact to annoy others and interrupt with RP.

This started as you appeared to change your facility name to "Kwilly has a small willy", Now as has been stated on a few occasions now the staff member in question being named Kwill should not be addressed or referred to as 'Kwilly'. When told this you chose to suggest that me asking you to change this name was body shaming against Kwill and should not be allowed.

When you did eventually choose to change your name after a lengthy conversation where you continued to refuse and use excuses to protect said name you then chose to call yourself "Hangmans dad". At this point it was clear that you had no intention to remain on the server and had one sole aim to interrupt RP and cause issues within the server.

This was also based from the fact that you had a history of NITRP and assorted bans and continue to carry this behaviour onwards after multiple warnings and an extensive punishment history.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After careful consideration of the facts and other factors provided, I will be denying this appeal. This is due to the fact that you have had a previous history of NITRP and the continuance of changing your name to either inappropriate or non-RP-like names.

When asked to change your name by a staff member you are required to do so, continuing to refuse the request results in a NITRP ban.
