Why should you be unbanned: in generally i call everyone a monkey but sadly this person ( because he was a black D-class character) called me out for being a racist which is something i am far from and Mihai knows am not one. but he had to ban me following the rules so i feel like i deserve a unban

Why do you want to rejoin this server?: cuz it's a lot of fun and addicting

This may have been a miscommunication on my part as I said I would reduce the ban to 2 days.

This was the situation, I was dealing with a sit that the player made about ERP, it also came to my attention that in the video you were saying things like "You fing monkey" and "Big ass monkey baboon" Which I asked about it in the staff TS channel at the time it was agreed on that it was severe toxcicity.

Due to the apologetic nature of the player, I only banned the player for 2 days which may have been miscommunicated in my part.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I have chosen to deny your appeal on the basis that the content felt heavily swayed towards a racial undertone when addressing the player due to the colour of their IC skin, as such this is considered Severe Toxicity in this regards.

I do apologise for the delay, however a 2 day ban for Severe Toxicity is already a day off of its original sentence being 3 days.
