What will you do to stop this from happening again: Just log out instead of going afk i purchased the anti kicker but got banned?
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? no i follow the rules well and am not toxic my RP is also good i dont like getting in trouble.

Why should you be unbanned: So in all of the documentation i have and conversations with other colleagues there is no exact rule stating i could not AFK in the bunker, i just went to bed at 12:00 AM was planning to come back around 3 i wanted a nap. I fell into a deep sleep and came back this morning to a ban? I feel that i am an asset to this community in the good way i treat my colleagues and bring good RP to the new players and vets. I really push for JR. researchers to abide by the research policy and facility codes i also bring people together in RP. I am currently working on a new video to post on youtube showing all of my good efforts. If there is an exact rule against me going afk in the bunker please teach me this so i may have it in my notes i will take responsibility for my actions and just forever and always log out i will never AFK again im sorry.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: discipline myself upon taking responsibility for my mistake of going AFK. in order to properly inform myself because no one ever told me that AFK in the bunker was not allowed, i even purchased the anti kicker but ended up getting banned I really don’t want this on my permanent record please admin expunge this ban from my record please. I also have yet to see the official rule because in all the documentation i linked above it says nothing about AFK.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:I have made it my new home and am happy to play here its my favorite spot to RP

In response to the reply from Garry the Head Moderator thank you for responding and clearly stating the reason for the ban i will assume responsibility for this and i send you my apologies please forgive me as i have yet to see an official rule that what i was doing was wrong but through the disciplinary action that has been takin against me of the 1 day ban i will assume it as a learning experience and moving forward will never AFK in that manner again please forgive me

Hello Dino,
First off thank you for taking the time to write this ban appeal, So to set up the scene for what I saw you were placed in the corner moving back and forth in an unnatural way almost robotic in a way. In hindsight this could've been a script based movement based on how unnatural the movement was. A clip of the incident was recorded by a person involved and within the clip I had tested whether or not you would act differently after being forcefully slain and respawned into the same general area and there was no difference in behavior which in the moment made me suspect farming without further thinking. Hi @DINO HERNANDEZ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Upon review of the situation, it's clear that you had some type of macro setup to prevent yourself from being detected by our AFK system. While AFK'ing in itself isn't an issue, you setting up a macro to bypass the system is as it allows you to farm xp, money and vtime without you actually being active.
