Why should you be unbanned: I just finished my breach as 049 and it was one hour later for me than in uk. so i just left i wasn't even in a sit and today when i come back im banned for "LTAP"?

Hello @aprioe , a sit was called on you for spawncamping and I was shown a clip where a tech expert spawns in front of you and you turn him as 049 after watching him spawn, not wanting to interrupt your breach I bring you briefly to tell you not to go anywhere afterwards as I would be bring you to a sit. Once you had been returned to your CC I brung you to a staff room with the tech expert where he said he had another clip of you spawnkilling. As I'm viewing this second clip you disconnected mid sit. I waited 15 minutes for you to reconnect and you didn't so I requested a ban for ltap as you left mid sit and after being told not to prior.

I would Say it wasnt a spawn camp as he was on the bow up to the medbay when he saw me he ran into his spawn so i ran after him
Unrightful ban. In conclusion that dude edited the clip so it looks like i spawned camp him the second time

I was shown 2 clips where I see him die, he spawns in and you watch him spawn ready to attack, regardless you left mid sit so I could not issue a warn so you were given a 1d ban for leaving to avoid punishment

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reading through your appeal, it seems you have failed to mention both the point in which you were first brought and told that after the breach @Prplex would need to speak to you regarding a possible rule break and being brought into the staff room after . Due to you disconnecting after having your breach and being brought into the staff room, I do feel you made the active choice to avoid the punishment. Based on this your appeal will be denied.

You may re-appeal in 3 days​
