Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I would like to add another force to Gensec, I've had plenty of experience as an RRT sergeant and the captain role is my next big step role into not just Gensec but my career in this server as a whole to jumpstart my other cl4 roles (IA Ambassador, Medical Consultant, etc). I want to make sure a person is on supervising Gensec while its not the server's primetime and hold tryouts for the people that are unfortunate enough to only play when no one is hosting any sort of RRT/HWL tryout. My passion for Gensec is unmatched and is enough to get me playing on the department for the majority of my playtime.

What makes you suitable for security captain? :
I am active on the server and on Gensec. I believe I have a good sense of responsibility already as an RRT sergeant that shadows a captain's responsibility from holding sweeps to telling lower Gensec about the mistakes they are making and that I'm mature, professional, and a good role model in Gensec. A part of being mature and professional is not thinking that you are at a higher level than others physically and mentally because you hold a higher position than them which I also believe. I'm willing to hold as many tryouts and to be as active on captain as I can (If this gets accepted).

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:

There are a lot of general responsibilities as a captain such as:
To hold RRT/HWL tryouts
To correct lower gensec on mistakes they are making
To watch over dblock and make sure it is a good environment for all staff
To escort (If no other gensec wants to)
To be a role model for others and especially lower Gensec
To be respectful to other staff
To take away and strike RRT license holders

Please give some lore about your security captain and what storyline they would be involved in:

Bashar code name "Halo" was a soldier fighting in the gulf war against Iraq as a medic. One day while strolling through his barracks, he got an invitation to join a secret army in Canada. Curious enough, he took a plane ticket to Canada to take a look at this offer. He ended up in Pinewood, a beautiful resort for families so he thought this was a prank by one of his friends. He spoke to a man who looks to be a chef about a secret army somewhere and the chef took him to a hill. The chef told him he was eagerly waiting for him as he was one of the top soldiers in the gulf war and he would take a tour around the base to see if he wants the offer accepted or not

Bashar had nothing to lose so he went with the chef. The chef showed him all around the cl1 clearance of the facility and Bashar, intrigued enough, accepted his offer to join this army. He was placed in the General Security division as a cadet. He knew what kind of monsters they were keeping around here by escorting the researchers into tests with people called 'dclass'. He helped in several riots in dblock and eventually got promoted to sergeant.

He was the absolute best of the best but no one acknowledged him in his efforts. He ignited breaches and riots into infernos, slaying the rebellious dclass and the breached scps, riding through the horrors, spreading a beautiful, sweet fragrance. He was finally noticed by the COS and he had a big test up his sleeve to see if he was ready. He was disguised as a cadet who was making a lot of mistakes, and generally not knowing what to do to see if he would get noticed by the sergeant and he did, the sergeant told him all about his mistakes and he offered to show him what to generally do as a cadet.

The COS then revealed himself and promoted the sergeant to captain. As soon as he did that, Bashar filled the site with thunder. Nothing could stop a raging sword wielded by a furious lion. He constantly showed great efforts to fill out his responsibilities and build up honor. He wont grow old in the chains of humiliation, No, He is ready to sacrifice himself to the foundation and hopes to be killed as a martyr with a beautiful smile on his face

He was delighted by the songs of the angels, oh how beautiful were their singing. There was no panic for him in his dutys. He came by the principle that "Nothing clears riots and breaches except by the showers of bullets into their hearts". He was also the nicest and the most friendly in the site as he was always smiling no matter the situation, He always offered to pay for his fallen brothers from the Chaos Insurgency.

One time, The Chaos Insurgency were raiding the foundation through the vents. They went to the dblock showers and supplied the class with weapons. Every single combative went to dblock airlock and at the front of the pack was Bashar. He wanted to go to block himself and kill all the Chaos Insurgency but everyone called him crazy. Instead, he opened the airlock door and gave his cl4 keycard to his trusted sergeant incase he died and went into dblock. He was steadfast despite the destruction, He knifed a dclass in the throat and head shotted a brute with a pistol 2 times. He finally reached the showers and a juggernaut was waiting for him.

He dodged every one of the juggernaut's bullets and by his immense strength, he pierced through the armor and stabbed the juggernaut in the eye. But then suddenly, a combat CI medic came from behind and stabbed Bashar in the neck. His blood shined light, Everyone in the site could hear a small voice singing. In those last moments of life, all he could think about was "Did I leave the stove on?". He indeed died as a martyr and he sacrificed himself for the glory of the foundation. The only thing that could stop a furious lion was an attack from the shadows. Suddenly he heard the voice of the same chef that brought him in the foundation

"WE NEED A MEDIC HERE, QUICK!!" A combat medic used his defibrillator and brought Bashar back to life, somehow treating his wound. The chef was *ACCESS DENIED* and he brought him back to health in just a matter of seconds. All of the people that were in the airlock reassured Bashar that he was brave and strong but very stupid for doing that and that mtf could've just handled it themselves without any issue

Bashar was very embarrassed but still a legend in the foundation. His actual death was because of pancreatic cancer 30 years later, He didn't get the death he hoped for but still died a martyr galloping from the foundation.

The end.

// Abstaining

  • This individual has shown some excellence within GSD, though I have not seen them step up as a leading figure as of yet.
  • Secondary reason to abstaining from a vote on this application is due to low contact with this individual likely due to the schedules we keep not lining up.

For the second point, I have purposefully not been active because of final exams, I've already taken an LOA on the different sections of the server. I should come back within 2 weeks.

As for the first point, it can contribute to the second point as I've mainly been in dblock leading the cadets and officers in my time as a sergeant And otherwise if I knew I wasn't a leading figure then why would I make a third application?
