Bay 'Harbor' Injector

Hello, this is a request to get my character ( The Bay 'Harbor' Injector) to be made into a character within the CN SCP RP server. Please leave any comments or critiques under this post

The Bay 'Harbor' Injector thrives on ambiguity and mystery as a main driving force to become renowned around the site, through this and a very specific code handcrafted by myself. He is able to stay 1 step ahead of most legal agencies( about 65% of the time) all of which will be explored.

Backstory:
Unlike most Tech Experts who are but someone with a technique expertise, the Bay Harbor Injector is something different. he studies the people who interact with the systems he maintains. He notes which guards linger in front of cameras, which researchers edit files late into the night, which MTF figures pause at long halls. This constant observation fuels his secondary purpose: identifying those “worthy” of his injections. Which may seem to an outside observer to be random but with deeper research does not appear to be so. The Injector persona is not separate from his tech role, it is enabled by it. His nuanced role and often never ending list of excuses that could all be related to his job title allow this way of life. He records patterns, builds dossiers, and studies how people move throughout the facility.

An injection:

There is always some method to the madness, either it be spur of the moment e or carefully planning for the correct moment to do so there is always some sort of planning that occurs pre-injection. This can often change depending on the clearance level of the injectee or the notoriety, both of which are determine factors in the preparation it takes. The level at which both of these predetermined metrics are at are not the only things that apply though; the location, population, in server events, the amount of MTF, and much more are all something that should be considered before the event takes place. Once all of these conditions are met and the target is in an area than the attack will commence, it is almost always swift especially in low pop areas which I have deemed to be ideal. Once injected with a mixture of Cortisteroid+ Crystalline blood/ Static Fluid a simple but must happen picture will be taken of the victim which will then be immediately followed by a fleeing from the crime scene leaving specifically a injection vial and the injection gun behind. Once that is complete he will again fade into the shadows of endless bodies and tasks that present themselves.

The "Code":

1. Observation Before Action

  • Always watch your target before engaging.
  • Never inject randomly—stalk, study, and decide if they are “worthy.”

2. The Worthy and the Unworthy

  • The Injector never explains his standards in plain terms.
  • Victims are chosen merely at random or the inconvenience of himself.

3. The Ritual of the Syringe

  • Always inject as if it is a sacred ritual, not an attack.
  • Effects should be unpredictable—roleplay outcomes like:
    1. Physical weakness or collapse.
    2. Sudden inability to move or walk

4. Never Break the Mystery

  • Never reveal your true logic or backstory directly.
  • Leave syringes, symbols, or strange marks behind as your “signature.”

5. One Purpose Only

  • Do not seek power, loot, or authority within the server.

6. Respect the Balance

  • Never spam injections—each one should feel significant.
  • If you inject, retreat or vanish—do not linger to gloat.
7. Location and situation
  • If its too well populated never inject the odds of someone finding you are almost definite.
  • Have a feel for the room and be very normalized with the exits, the location and much more.
  • If you could not find a area than find another time or another target time is infinite.

All of these rules have been found through trial and tribulation to be the correct essence to lead to a good injection and the Bay 'Harbor' Injector will follow by these rules to a tee every time.

This is all that I could think about for my character which I have been workshopping and somewhat using throughout the server for a couple weeks now, it has come to my attention that to be able to continuously use it I will have to make a lore request (Thank you Kennedy) so that is what I am doing. I honestly don't know how this works and I just kept writing until I thought it sounded and was worded well enough and my intent is to play like this for most of the time that I am using it.
