What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Be able to change the volume of the beeping when a panic button is hit (also fix the fact that every GOI can see eachothers panic buttons)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Nope

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Stop people from going deaf
- Gives people accessibility options
- Good solution to people spamming it

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Panic binds become like the old custom ones people used

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I don't see a reason why it should be denied. It's something I imagine the majority of the community wants.
