Why should you be unbanned:

Because why should I be banned 2 days for something you're only supposed to get a warn for.
I was brought to a sit, told I'm getting a NITRP ban and the Staff have "talked about it" when I asked why its a 2 day and not just a warn as it states in punishment guidelines, I was told "Have a nice day" and banned?? like how is that fair why am I being treated differenty just because the Admins know me you decide that I'm now to be punished harsher for things?

NITRP and FailRP are two different things entirely. It does not state NITRP in the punishment guidelines because NITRP bans are bans given by Server Leadership for players who show no intent to roleplay or otherwise positively contribute to the community.

I don't know anything about your ban, but it is incorrect to assert that Cassius should have warned you instead of banning you simply because "FailRP Class A is only a warnable offense."

He stated that the situation was because of Fear RP, and that they were now putting it as a NITRP, when I asked why, they just told me they had "decided it".
That is where I'm stating I should receive a warn not 2 day ban.

As far as I know this is legit my first warn or ban in 3+ months, and I've only played the server a few times in the past week and this is the only time I've been in a Staff sit against me so far. All of my punishments should have expired, if you won't follow your guidelines then why even put them in place?

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

The reason I have chosen to deny this appeal because the Admin in question felt that you had no intent to roleplay on the server ; they do not have to give you a warning if they feel it is necessary.
