To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I was apparently banned by the Cloak Anti-Cheat system as I get the pop up after selecting my character.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: About 6 months ago I used a VPN for work as i work from home mostly.
Edit: Wanted to clarify I still use the VPN but its set to auto disable when i log out of my work systems
List any alt accounts: N/A
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: Never
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I never cheated to begin with and i dont plan on cheating in the future. Ive been playing on this server since 2022 and my combat is not nearly good enough to be considered a cheater or a hacker
Why should you be unblacklisted: I never did anything wrong and was falsely flagged by the anti cheat
