Who blacklisted you (if known): Cloak Anti-Cheat
To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I had made a previous appeal a few months ago and was informed that the anti-cheat detected ESP cheats.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I use ProtonVPN.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: I have received several kicks and bans on SCP-RP. This would be my first blacklist.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I was originally unsure of the reason I was blacklisted. I thought the issue was potentially with using a VPN, however during my previous appeal I was informed that it was due to the anti-cheat detecting ESP cheats. I outlined in my previous appeal that I had been banned for cheating over a year prior to that post, but I had returned to the server after being unbanned. I removed the file containing the cheating program "memoriam" from my computer during that period of being banned. What I failed to do was locate and remove the staging folder for the program which contained configuration settings in the Gmod folder. I believe this is the reason I was detected using cheats of some kind despite not having the .DLL file injected. I'm not too tech savy, but from what I've read is that having modified configuration files in the Gmod folder can be flagged by anti-cheat systems. To resolve this issue. I ended up completely wiping gmod and all related files from my computer and did a fresh install.
Why should you be unblacklisted: As I've been banned for cheating before, I do understand that credibility of what I say is an issue. However, I would ask that Network Leadership and staff consider that I'm being truthful when I say that I did not intend to use ESP, or any other type of cheats when last attempting to join the server. I had learned from my mistake when I first was banned for cheating. I'm not sure why I wasn't picked up before by the anti-cheat before, but as I explained above, I did end up finding a staging folder for "memoriam" in the Gmod folder. Everything related to that program has been removed from my PC at the time of my original appeal. I've had a great time on SCP-RP and I would very much like to return. I'm more than willing to work with Network Leadership and staff to show and prove that there is no trace of cheating software/programs on my PC.
