List any alt accounts: I no longer have access to them or remember the specific account names.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: I believe I have gotten a few warnings though for things such as FailRP when I was new.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I plan on accepting any future punishment rather than trying to bypass it.
Why should you be unblacklisted: It has been over 2 years since I was blacklisted. My main account was reviewed and unbanned a year ago, and I believe that shows I have learned from my mistakes and aim to do better. At the time, I acted immaturely and tried to evade a short ban instead of just accepting the punishment. I have since grown up a bit and would love a second chance to be able to play on this server.
