To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I was blacklisted last week as well I think its because me and my partner play at the same time as each other on the server from the same house (IP address) this keeps on happening now is there a way to prevent it from happening ?

List any alt accounts: my partners steam account which is played at the same time: steam ID (76561199577724065). (If possible please un blacklist this one as well.)

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: yes we was both blacklisted last week. we have only been able to log back in once since the un blacklisting and then we have been auto blacklisted again. I'm not sure why but I thinks its because we share an IP address. is there a way around this ?
I have tried to speak to staff when I was logged on yesterday to find out about my original blacklisting but was unable to.
If someone can help that would be much appreciated.
