To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: all i know is that i joined the US server last night after a long time to play a little and when i left server (used alt+f4 at that moment) and tried to join again today it says i'm blacklisted... wasn't even in server for 10 minutes that night.
edit : need to mention since last time i played on this server i changed my motherboard as well (because the ram slot of the previous one got roasted) so idk maybe this can be the reason as well
edit-2 : the reason which it shows me is "redacted" on the screen
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: just used VPN just for downloading server content because where i'm living some servers have problem with my internet
edit : mostly used proxy both for downloading server content and watching youtube (yes,even the youtube is banned in my country)
List any alt accounts: None which has gmod on it

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: I have some warnings but they are from long time ago
What will you do to stop this from happening again: i actually don't know what i did to begin with
Why should you be unblacklisted: well because i think i didn't do anything wrong last night as i remember
