To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: i dont know, i was jumping to goc base as nu7 with other nu7 to take a tour to do our mission.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: i connect to a proxy for other games and a vpn for some but never on gmod so i was confused when i was blacklisted randomly.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: once in febuary i think febuary 2nd for innapropriate conduct due to a bad joke about a minor
