To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: Completely in the dark, I haven't played the server in months and I left on good terms, no bans or major outbursts against people. I come back today and I'm slimed out. Not sure what happened on your guy's backend what causes this but from my side literally nothing happened, I come back to play on D-class or maybe some Medic, and I'm blacklisted.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I haven't done it on purpose for sure, I have Nord open in the background for streaming region locked movies

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: Nothing, Maybe a warn or two for Specific SCP rules that weren't clear to me but that's it.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: Not sure, Don't even know what the happened was to prevent happening again
Why should you be unblacklisted: I mean, I was a infrequent player on your servers, but I still enjoyed it. I had 096 and most licensces on USA, and would play on UK whenever it was early pop.
