To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: It has been a long time since I've connected to the server and I don't know why I was blacklisted. I was attempting to change my name and character info from a reference when I rejoined when it happened.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I have used no methods of changing or hiding my IP.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: I have been warned (verbally?) previously about my character name being a Jojo reference.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I plan on changing my character names to names that aren't references to other media and to not repeat it again.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I was blacklisted for what I believe to be for no reason by an automated system but I will update this if it turns out I wasn't.
