To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: Unknown. Only possible thing I can think of is me using mobile WiFi for Internet. I also brought a new laptop and have been playing on that so the server could have thought I'm trying to use a alt or hide my ip
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: As mentioned a new Laptop however I've been using it to play for a couple months now

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: Warned for rdm back in August 24. A fair few blacklists all the same as or similar what I believe this to be
What will you do to stop this from happening again: Please tell me if I'm doing wrong and how to prevent this. I'm not intentionally doing anything to brake server rules, just trying to play
Why should you be unblacklisted: Because I believe to the best of my knowledge I've not broken any rules or attempt to purposely. I tried to join the server yesterday and got hit with "DISCONNECTED: You have been blacklisted from the server"
