To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: (Ban Reason: Serve Toxicity) Ok, I'm going to start off on what lead to this was some IC things like me getting PTed for something unfortunately I don't remember what it was for but that got me mad at the time then I said something about this person ( don't want to put their name out unless y'all request) the person I told at first told the guy that I said something about him. and I noticed they planned on demoting me, which I'm going to be honest here as a Head Mod I was reading Regcom at that time and saw they planned on demoting me which got me really mad because the position I was in at first meant a lot to me in a MTF, so for some reason don't know why I did this at the time I was really mad they were planning on demoting me so I went into my CO channel and called this person the F slur and N word then a bit after I got banned from the TS I went into docs and grieved A-1 Roster off of pure anger. Which I regret a lot on all my actions. Before I left the discord/got banned from it I went into Regcom chat talking shit to one of them which I am truly sorry. I am not trying to use the word "Sorry" in any way to excuse my actions I take full responsibility. (saying it because I am truly sorry on my actions and my behavior)

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: this is my first blacklist, been banned before in 2024 if I'm right for severe toxicity, was also banned in 2025 don't remember the date but if I'm right it was something about inappropriate conduct just want to say at the time I did not know what I said was Inapp. also do have a history of warns from 2024 and I think a little in 2025 don't remember sadly don't remember them.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: What I will do to stop this from happening again is not let my anger get the best of me which let me know that after that situation I needed to work on controlling my anger and to step away from any situation that starts to get out of control or I am noticing I am starting to get mad instead of letting my anger get the best of me. If another situation where to ever happen like this, I will step away for a few minutes and until I calm myself down before Reentering the situation instead of saying things out of anger like Slurs. Also knowing when I was a Head mod which is to be a leader to the ranks bellow me and failing to live up to the polices and expiations as a staff/Head mod which I am truly sorry to staff team on my actions and the policies I broke, I know I failed that and people in this community would expect better of me instead of acting out like I did which put a bad look on me and possibly staff( not saying there is a bad look if there was) At the end of the day I know I messed up badly on how I handled that situation. I regret my actions a lot and if I were ever given another chance, I want to prove that I've learned from this and I can handle situations better than I did before and, in a way better and more mature way moving forward.
Why should you be unblacklisted: Why I should be unbanned for what I did is because I take full responsibility for my actions and how I let my anger get the best of me. Since that situation happened, I been focusing on controlling my anger more and to be more mature and follow all policies that apply to me. Ever sense I got banned that gave me time to reflect on myself and my actions and to control myself better and not result to any Toxicity/ Slurs. I Really regret my actions and ever sense that day I have had a better mindset on being able to come back with a way better tone and behavior and being more professional and mature. I am not asking to be unbanned to excuse what I did, I completely understand what I did was wrong. I am asking for another chance because I really regret my actions and sorry for how I handled that situation and I want to be able to show everyone that I can do better by being more mature and to stay accountable for my behavior and to handle situations with way more respect and staying positive not letting my anger get out of control.
