List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: None that I know of, i tried to join a few times tbf, same IP and steam account however

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: Warned a couple times I believe, ROE and small things MRP wise
What will you do to stop this from happening again: Personally I dont need to do anything NOW to stop this from happening again, I dont talk to anyone from the community anymore, not for a while and so other than personal growth I can say for certain that nothing like that will happen again.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I'm not entirely sure what else I can say between the other blacklist amnesty's. I could again rave on for paragraphs and paragraphs about how everythings changed and how I'm such a good person now but its just words and you've read it all before from my previous ones. I urge the handler for this appeal to allow me to speak, potentially via voice chat or teamspeak or whatever is required, in order to get my point across in a way that isn't via text for 5mins tops. As I have never really been too good at typing out stuff or writing bits like this.
All I can really say is that I want to involve myself, I got a ton of ideas for scenarios, etc and I'd love to further the experience for everyone else in a positive way.
To answer the question directly, should I be unblacklisted? Honestly, no. to be perfectly real if I was in your guy's shoes Id most definitely whip out the standard denied format and just move onto the next one. But considering my actions I hope that you guys are NOT like me, and will instead give me that chance, or just a chat for a moment, to plead my case.
