Who blacklisted you (if known): The Anti-Cheat
To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: Most likely me BHopping around when I'm bored and there's not much going on, but I do not and have never used scripts to do so its just what I have always done on gmod when I'm bored and so I got pretty good at it, I have had people tell me in the past that if I use it in a combat or RP scenario I could get in trouble for it as obviously its an unfair advantage but I was unaware it would flag the Anti-Cheat.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: 2 Bans for LTAP/LTARP respectively and I think 1 RDM warn, two of these were in 2024/2025 and one was this year. No previous blacklists.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I wont BHop around site anymore.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I was genuinely unaware that BHopping could flag the anti cheat, I will fully admit I was aware I was liable for a warning in game for doing it in any situation where it mattered but I have never done it for an advantage only out of boredom, now I know I simply won't do it anymore.
