Your steam community link: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199552502345/
Date of blacklist: 26th May, 2024
Who blacklisted you (if known): The blacklist was issued by Yeke.
To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I was blacklisted for making an inappropriate and disturbing comment to a staff moderator, claiming I was sending illegal tapes to other servers (which I did not actually do). It was a misguided attempt at a joke, and I deeply regret making such a statement.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I have never used a VPN or any methods to change or hide my IP address.
List any alt accounts: I do not have any alternate Steam accounts or associated email accounts.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: I have a few old warnings and was kicked once a long time ago, but I don’t remember the specifics. None of these incidents were as severe as this one.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I acknowledge how inappropriate my behavior was, and I deeply regret making that comment. I can't fully explain why I made such a poor decision, but I understand now how it might have impacted the person I said it to. I have spent the past few months reflecting on my actions, and I want to assure you that I have become a better person since then. Here’s what I will do to ensure this doesn’t happen again:
1) Think Before Speaking, i will be more mindful of what I say, especially in a server environment where my words can affect others.
2)Review the Rules Regularly, i will read the in-game and community rules weekly to keep them fresh in my mind.
3) Seek Guidance, before making any comments or decisions that could potentially break the rules, I will ask a staff member for clarification.
Why should you be unblacklisted: In my previous appeals, I wasn’t completely honest about my actions, (which is why they were denied). Now, I am taking full responsibility for what I said. It was a terrible, thoughtless comment, and I am truly sorry for any distress it caused. I promise that I do not engage in that kind of behavior, and I have no idea why I made such an inappropriate joke at the time. If given the opportunity, I would personally apologize to the staff member involved and make amends for my actions. Even if it means extending my blacklist temporarily, I am willing to accept that to show my commitment to change.
