To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted?: No i just logged on to UK as I'm a CI delcom and it blacklisted me I have done nothing

Please list any alt accounts: none but my brother Vegetable got blacklisted for no reason also today

What will you do to stop this from happening again:
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: I have warnings banns and kicks from along time ago but I only have 1 active warn for hit box abuse as I am a CI officer now
Why should you be unblacklisted: I was blacklisted with no warning and was given no reason I panicked as I dont want to lose my CI and e-11 ranks
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I havnt broke any rules on purpose ever since I Rejoined the server
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Yes as I am a CI officer and a E-11 enlisted
