Why are you applying for Chief of Medicine?
because I love doing Medical RP and there is a big lack of Chief of medicine on in the week I am also very active and never really get into trouble.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Medicine?:
as said above I am on the server often and usually seen playing d-class, researcher, or medic. I also know how to play as medical personnel and know how to treat people that are injured.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
- the shock therapy process. the first step when doing shock therapy is to ask why shock therapy is needed and if it is really needed. then ask if the patient has ever been revived by a defib if they have they cannot be revived. next, tell the patient how shock therapy is performed basically explaining that you stop and start their heart again. next, ask the patient for consent if the patient does not give consent then the procedure cannot be done. next, tell the patient to turn around and make sure to not go toward the light. next, pull out your harpoon and throw it at the patient, then pick up the harpoon crouch next to the patient, and begin using your defibrillator to revive them if they do not get revived the first time don't give up if they cannot be revived there will be a prompt on your screen.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Medicine in RP?:
to oversee the whole of the medical department and to provide trainee medics with training and medical licenses
Please give some lore about your Chief of Medicine character and what storylines they would be involved in:
John Bover before working in the foundation was a coroner for a local Canadian hospital and would provide autopsies almost every day. one day he of course went to work like normal and was provided a list of patients he needed to dissect to find the cause of death but one caught his eye, on the note it said: "patient fell to his knees and died on the spot according to witnesses." he of curiously walked up to the mortuary stretcher and pulled the sheet from over the face of the patient and inspected the body, but the body had no sign of trauma or injury and the person seemed perfectly healthy weighing around 120 pounds, the only physical sign was that the patients eyes had bags and the patient looked extremely tired. on a tray next to the patient where his belonging's simple stuff like keys, clothes, a backpack, and a jade ring. after the autopsy, john found no physical injury and was quietly stuck and confused about how the patient died so he decided to post a message in an online forum for doctors and had quite a few comments on how they had nether seen anything like this and how this was really unusual. john being confused and not finding any reason for how the patient died decided to mark it as unknown. john continued to do his job and went home, and when pulling into his driveway he saw an SUV with blacked-out windows and headlights. he thought nothing of it and he went into his house took off his shirt and pants and got into bed, minutes later he heard a crash in his living room and a group of men with red shirts and black body armor rushing into his bedroom, handcuffing him and blindfolding him he was then dragged into a car and after what seemed like forever was pulled out of the car and dragged into the facility. he was interrogated and gave up all the information he knew, he was then placed in a holding cell and spoke to an ethics member who has a very long and detailed talk about being a coroner with john and invited john to work in the foundation as a doctor after a while johns good work had been realized by the higher-ups in the foundation and they decided to give john the position of the chief of medicine.
