Partially Accepted Breach Shelter Updates

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Updates to the QoL of the breach shelter.
Add a phone to allow for outside communications.
Add a computer to allow for continuation of work curing longer breaches.
Add a CCTV monitor to allow the shelter to see what is going on outside the shelter door and in PW.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I could find

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows for better preparedness of the occupants, better RP with having a phone for communication and allows for work to be continued in a safe environment.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Crank phone calls?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It betters the QoL for non combatives in the shelter during longer breaches

well there's a bunch of useless cctv monitors that could be moved

however, there's also a current mapping issue with the PW area where CCTV monitors kinda conflict with lights and such in the area and they make each other freak out, which might apply to breach shelter
